Basic Documents Required

Passport

If the Legal representative, Supervisor, or shareholders are foreign citizens, provide photocopies of passports. All must be notarized and authenticated by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate. If you are already in China, we can submit original passports to SAMR.

Certificate of Proof (for entity investors)

If a shareholder is a company, provide the Business Certificate notarized by the Chinese Embassy. For Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan companies, notarization by local registration office is sufficient.

Chinese Company Law requires a one-year lease agreement for the registered address. Provide the Office Lease Contract and Property Certificate (copy stamped by property owner). If you don't have an office, we can help you find a registered address in a Development Zone.
